The right Elko route depends on the record type:

The Clerk lists weekday hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., open through lunch. Research found a second Clerk email on the Nevada Judiciary listing, clerk@elkocountynv.net, so confirm the recipient before sending sensitive materials.
