Elko Residents Directory is a privately operated reference. It describes and links to public record indexes, official offices, libraries, and directory collections connected with Elko, Nevada. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with a government office, court, library, or records custodian.
2. Permitted Use Rules
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or information obtained through it, to:

3. Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
Elko Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Information here, and information returned by linked search tools, is not a consumer report. It may not be used to determine eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-regulated purpose.
4. Outside Websites and Tools
Government portals, libraries, archives, and sponsored search tools operate independently. Their terms, access controls, prices, privacy practices, and result quality are their own. We do not control a destination’s content, availability, or handling of submitted information.
5. No Warranty
The service is offered as available and without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that a page, link, office contact, coverage date, record description, or outside portal is accurate, complete, current, secure, or uninterrupted.
6. Limits of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from use of the service or a linked resource, including a decision made from an index or record source.
7. Indemnity
